Flower Center

In 1991, the members of the Chinese Medicine Council of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and Executive Yuan visited Sun-Link-Sea.
They found many medicinal plants growing in the resort,
which has abundant rain and sunlight and is well suited for growing medicinal plants needing frigid and temperate climates.

In 1992, the Ministry of Health and Welfare commissioned the China Medical University and our company to sign a contract of academy-industry cooperation.
We established a medicinal botanical garden both for the public to become acquainted with medicinal plants, and for the school to further their academic studies.

Both herbs and flowers are grown in the garden.
The herb garden is mainly for teaching, while the flower garden exhibits some 30 flower species.
The peony, color cabbage, hydrangea, tulip, fuchsia, and Taiwan cherry are the six famous flowers of Sun-Link-Sea.
The resort provides herbal–based meals, souvenirs, local agricultural products, snacks, and drinks.
